• All forms must be complete before they can be notarized
• All signers must have an acceptable form of identification per CA law.
  • Drivers license, I.D. card, Passport
  • Identification must include Photo, description of person, signature, serial number
  • Identification must be current (not expired) or issued within the last 5 years.
  • Two credible witnesses that personally know the signer in the case where the document signer cannot produce identification. The credible witnesses cannot be named in the document and cannot have financial interest in the document
